L.A. Film Festival

The LA Film Festival kicks off today. Lots of good stuff this year. The festival will be opening with Talk To Me from director Kasi Lemmons, an actress turned director. Closing the festival is Sunshine from director Danny Boyle (Trainspotting), and should no doubt be a visual manifesto.

They are also hosting the premiere of Transformers along with a slew of great independent films.

Tickets to individual screenings are only $11, so get out there and support some independent filmakers!
